Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Azure AD.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability of services.
- Manage user accounts, licenses, permissions, and security policies.
- Implement and maintain compliance and data protection policies across the M365 ecosystem.
- Collaborate with IT teams to support integration and automation initiatives.
- Provide technical support and resolve incidents during rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Stay updated with Microsoft 365 updates, features, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration.
- Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Azure AD.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
