Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Develop and configure SailPoint IdentityIQ components, including workflows, rules, roles, connectors, and reports.
- Integrate SailPoint IdentityIQ with target systems (Active Directory, databases, cloud apps, etc.).
- Customize IdentityIQ lifecycle events, certifications, access requests, and provisioning workflows.
- Implement IdentityIQ features such as role management, policy enforcement, password management, and access reviews.
- Develop and maintain custom connectors as needed.
- Perform SailPoint upgrades, patching, and configuration updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SailPoint-related issues in development and production environments.
- Work with business and security teams to gather IAM requirements.
- Ensure solutions follow security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Support testing and deployment activities.
- Participate in code reviews and peer discussions.
