This role will require the candidate to provide Quality assurance (QA) to the Sailpoint App Onboarding team. The QA analysts shall be responsible for preparing test documents like test cases, test results, evidences and defect summary reports before it is released to our businesses. QA analysts will also be required to look for flaws and weaknesses in the program. Also they will be required to write, edit, and develop documents related to the system. The role will drive collaboration, review, approval, and publishing of our documentation and QA processes.
Requirements
Experience in IAM and Saviynt SailPoint IdentityIQ preferred.
- Must have experience in application onboarding, provisioning, workflow, access review etc functions.
- Develop and perform quality test processes.
- Make recommendations for repairing defects.
- Create, review and refine user experience documents.
- Create Necessary Knowledge Base (KB) documents.
- Participate in all meetings with the project team.
- Take useru2019s perspective when needed to test and create test documentation.
- Organize testing and documentation in a systematic and structured way to achieve full coverage.
- Experience in understanding clients business environment and should be able to propose fit for purpose IAM solution.
- Excellent communication skills in order to communicate, and collaborate freely with onsite and offsite counterparts
