Role & responsibilities
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field and five (5) years of experience in Technology development/engineering
Minimum three (3) years of experience configuring and implementing Application security in HR ERP systems (Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, Workday or equivalent technology)
Minimum three (3) years of experience working in designing and configuring security roles, access profiles, documentation
Minimum three (3) years of experience with upload tools in HR ERP systems (HCM Extract, HDL, Oracle BI publisher, pager personalization or equivalent)
Minimum three (3) years of experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (e.g., SDLC).
Three (3) years of experience of working in a complex ERP system environment having integrations to many upstream/downstream systems (real-time and batch)
Preferred candidate profile
Relevant certifications, such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Certified Information System security professional (CISSP) are a plus
Two (2) years of experience in test-driven application development.
Preferred Certifications in Oracle HCM modules (or equivalent HR ERP systems), Agile Methodology
Four (4) years of experience working in Application security or HR ERP development (combined)
Strong understanding of role-based access controls (RBAC) and segregation of duties (SoD) principles.
Strong communication skills and results-driven approach on engagements
