Job Title : QA Lead
Location : Begumpet
Experience : 6-8 Yrs
- Develop and execute test plan, scripts, and procedures for functional (IT), System Integration Testing (SIT).
- Review testing documentation, develop testing standards, define criteria for testing, analyze test results, and present results to developers and end users.
- Knowledge on Agile-SCRUM methodology.
- Good exposure in using JIRA, ZOHO Management Tools.
- Preparation of Bug analysis and Metrics collection.
- Defining Quality Standards and metrics.
- Planning and scheduling the QA milestones for IT and SIT.
- Ensuring the application meet quality criteria through test planning, development checklist, test execution and issue tracking.
- Working with the stake holders to ensure that the quality metrics are reviewed, closed and agreed upon.
- Reviewing the status reports from team.
- Sending crystalize report to Client and higher management.
- Mentoring the team on Quality metric.
- Conducting team meeting to understand & review risk and motivate team to resolve the risks.
