Job Description

Role purpose:

Skilled ServiceNow Developer (Minimum 7 years of experience) to join our team and contribute to the development and maintenance of our ServiceNow Customer Portal and ITSM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, customization, and integration.


  • Strong programming skills in JavaScript.
  • Experience working with HTML, XML, System integration (REST/SOAP) CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, AngularJS, and relational databases.
  • Very good understanding of different software design paradigms & security fundamentals (OOP, design patterns, SOA, Microservices, OWASP Top 10).
  • Understanding of relational databases and SQL.
  • Configuration and Customization:
  • Ability to configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows.
  • Experience with ServiceNow UI customization, including UI pages, UI macros, UI policies, and client scripts.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow's data model and relationships.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving:
  • Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Ability to analyze system performance and implement performance enhancements.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
  • Design and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
  • Maintain and enhance the ServiceNow Customer Portal and ITSM modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
  • Manage incidents/problems as level two and level three support.
  • Perform regular updates and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and other developers.
  • Responsible for the analysis of business process maps and requirements and provide analysis skills to solve problems.
  • Estimate user and technical stories to help inform and prioritize backlog.
  • Design modules according to user stories, UX/UI designs, and technical stories.
  • Develop and execute unit and integration tests; support testing against user and technical story acceptance tests.
  • Manage incidents/problems as level two and level three support.
