Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a BDR . This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, passionate about digital marketing and business growth, and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:


Business Development:
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Understand client requirments and pitch suitable IT or ERP solutions
  • Qualify leads through calls and email follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead details and progress.
  • Support the sales team in scheduling meetings and demos with prospective clients.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture leads into opportunities
Requirements:
  1. MBA in Sales/Marketing, Business, or related field.
  2. Must have 2 months of cold calling experience in B2B. Familiar with Lead gen. Plus point if they have done appointment setting.
  3. Preferred Industry experience: IT, BFSI, BPO, Call Center, EdTech, Market research
  4. Account research, Contact research over Web/ LinkedIn
  5. Understanding of Information Technology in general
  6. Handling and managing Database. It will be a plus point if they have knowledge of working on Excel Power point and CRM
  7. Basic Email writing skills B2B.
