Job Description:
We are looking for a Windows & VMware Administrator with strong hands-on experience in Windows Server Administration and VMware environment management. The ideal candidate must be able to troubleshoot, manage, and support IT infrastructure in a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Administer, manage, and monitor Windows Servers and VMware ESXi/VMware vCenter environments.
- Perform installation, configuration, and patching of servers.
- Troubleshoot Windows server and VMware-related issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and policies.
- Ensure server and virtualization platform availability, reliability, and security.
- Support day-to-day IT infra operations and handle incidents within SLA.
- Perform system performance tuning and proactive monitoring.
- Work with IT stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in Windows & VMware Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016/2019.
- Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi and vCenter.
- Good understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be an Immediate Joiner.
