Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Project Coordinator with hands-on experience in Power BI to support our project teams. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating project activities, managing data dashboards, and facilitating technical integrations to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI dashboards to track project progress and KPIs.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, and presentations using data visualizations.
- Maintain project schedules, track milestones, and monitor deliverables.
- Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Monitor project budgets and resources, escalating concerns when necessary.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- Identify project risks and communicate them proactively.
- Support data analysis efforts to provide actionable insights to the project team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management roles.
- Proven experience with Power BI creating dashboards, reports, and data visualization.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with MS Office suite and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
