Job Description
- You are a skilled Selenium Automation Tester with expertise in Java, looking to join a dynamic QA team. Your responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts to ensure the quality and performance of web applications. You will be involved in various tasks such as Test Automation Development, Framework Design, Test Execution, Defect Management, CI/CD Integration, Collaboration, and Test Reporting. As a Selenium Automation Tester, you will design and implement automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java. You will also develop and maintain robust test automation frameworks, including Page Object Model (POM) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks. Your role will involve executing automated test cases, performing regression testing, and ensuring comprehensive test coverage across different browsers and platforms. In addition, you will be responsible for identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects using tools like Jira or Bugzilla. Collaborating with development teams to resolve issues promptly is a crucial aspect of your job. You will also integrate automated tests into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI. Furthermore, you will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure the delivery of high-quality software. Generating detailed test reports and logs to provide insights into test execution and results will also be part of your responsibilities.
