Performance Analyst @ Azure Power

Job Description

You will be responsible for generating, analyzing, and managing Management Information System (MIS) reports to support data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency. This includes developing and maintaining regular MIS reports related to financial performance, operational metrics, and sales performance. Additionally, you will design and implement dashboards and data visualizations to provide actionable insights to management. Your role will also involve conducting in-depth analysis of MIS reports to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement. Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work closely with senior executives and other departments such as finance, operations, and engineering to align performance analysis with organizational goals and strategies. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams for annual budget planning. Tracking performance impacting availabilities parameters like major component failure, repetitive failures, low plant availability, curtailment, and external grid failures will be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you are expected to have an understanding of CMS & CMMS platforms and be involved in the onboarding of new projects in the CMS platform.,
