Job Description

As an Infoscion, you will play a vital role in supporting the consulting team throughout various project phases. This includes assisting in problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment. You will be tasked with exploring alternative solutions through thorough research, including literature surveys, vendor evaluations, and building proof of concepts (POCs). Your responsibilities will involve translating business needs into requirement specifications, defining processes, and creating detailed functional designs based on identified requirements. Additionally, you will be involved in configuring solution requirements, diagnosing issues, and proposing suitable alternatives to address any challenges that arise. Furthermore, your contribution will extend to both unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality solutions to clients. Your role will also require you to work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, refine and analyze data, and contribute to client deliverables. To excel in this position, you should possess awareness of the latest technologies and trends, exhibit logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and have a collaborative mindset. Your ability to assess current processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend technological solutions will be crucial. Industry domain knowledge in one or two areas will also be beneficial.
