Changepond is hiring IT Freshers | Software Developer / Engineer / Trainee

Eligibility Criteria: (Male Candidates are Preferred)
Should have a minimum aggregate of 70% in Class 10, Class 12/Diploma and CGPA of 7 or higher in College.
Year of passing (2023, 2024 & 2025)
Education: (B.E / B.Tech) / (M.E / M.Tech) (CSE/IT/ECE/EEE/AI & ML/AI & Data Science)/ MCA, MSC (Computer Science, IT)
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and assist in software development, testing, and maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with senior team members on coding, debugging, and documentation.
- Understand business requirements and contribute to technical solutions.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project discussions.
- Write quality and clean code using prescribed specifications.
- Analyze performance of programs and take action to correct deficiencies.
Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of programming languages: JAVA / .Net / Testing/ RPA / SQL/ PHP/ Python with Logical and analytical thinking towards programming.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL is a plus.
- Good logical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
