Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using AWS SQL Spring Boot and Java.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality organization and automation.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement best practices for software development and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
- Ensure that all software developed is secure and follows industry best practices.
- Document software designs and maintain documentation for all projects.
Qualifications:
- Possess strong experience in React and AWS SQL Spring Boot and Java.
- Have a solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
- Demonstrate experience in developing scalable and reliable software solutions.
- Show proficiency in debugging and performance tuning of applications.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Have experience in the Commercial Lending domain (nice to have).
- Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Hold a relevant certification in AWS or Java (preferred).
