As the Lead Software Development Engineer In Test (Lead SDET), you will wield a dual responsibility encompassing both software development and testing.

Responsibilities :- Lead a team of SDETs.- Take ownership of tests for the product.- Develop and maintain the product test suite, focusing on User Acceptance Tests (UAT).- Design, and enhance test automation frameworks and scenarios.- Conduct thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.- Carry out user testing, performance testing, functional testing, compatibility testing, and scalability testing.- Document and disseminate test results, release notes, and troubleshooting guides required for field support.- Drive adoption of best practices in code health, testing, testability, and maintainability.- Work closely with the Product Team, actively contributing to the testing of new features and addressing technical debt.- Analyze test results and deliver insightful reports on testing effort status.- Be an active participant throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Requirements :- 4-6 years of proven experience as Lead Software Development Engineer In Test.- Familiarity with testing React.JS as well as backend testing.
- Demonstrated experience in automated testing. encompassing test preparation, execution, defect reporting, and maintenance of test documentation.- Deep understanding of quality best practices. methodologies, and techniques for driving continuous quality improvements.- Experience leading a team.- A collaborative mindset, valuing teamwork and the success and reputation of the company.- Expertise in creating test environments and generating test data.- Possesses an analytical mindset and thrives in a team-oriented environment.- A strong desire to make processes and things better.- Full-time availability in Hyderabad as you' d be required to work from the office.
