Job Responsibilities

• Analyzing software requirements and creating detailed, comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  
• Translating business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
  
• Executing manual and/or automated tests to ensure the product meets quality standards.
  
• Logging and tracking defects using tools like Jira.
  
• Reporting bugs and errors to development teams.
  
• Performing regression testing and retesting of resolved issues.
  
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and working with user stories and product backlogs.
  
• Preparing test summary reports and ensuring documentation is maintained.
  
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of testing processes and tools.
  
• Experience in manual testing and familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG) is a plus.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or similar role
  
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
  
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
  
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
  
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
  
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
