Key Responsibilities
Own reliability of high-throughput ingestion and processing (5TB/day) with SLIs/SLOs and robust autoscaling Design, implement, and operate backend services that power mobile, embedded, and analytics experiences
Build platform tooling for deploys, canaries, rollbacks, and incident response to maximize uptime Partner with product/web to ship revenue-impacting features and run A/B tests safely Continuously optimize performance and cloud spend across services and data paths
Document systems, create runbooks, and raise the operational bar via code reviews and mentorship Tech Stack C#/.NET Core TypeScript/Node.js Java Kotlin Scala Python AWS Kafka Kubernetes Docker PostgreSQL Redis gRPC REST OpenTelemetry Terraform
