Job Description

Location : PAN India

Role & responsibilities

Design and implement IAM solutions for cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Manage user identities, roles, and access policies across cloud environments.
Develop and enforce IAM policies, standards, and procedures.
Integrate IAM systems with enterprise applications and cloud services.
Monitor and audit access controls to ensure compliance with security standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA).
Automate IAM processes using scripting and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
Collaborate with security, DevOps, and IT teams to align IAM strategies with organizational goals.
Respond to security incidents related to identity and access.
Stay current with IAM trends, threats, and technologies.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
Experience in IAM engineering, preferably in cloud environments.
Strong understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect).
Experience with IAM services in AWS (IAM, Cognito), Azure (AD, B2C), or GCP (Cloud IAM).
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
Familiarity with identity governance tools (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Ping Identity).
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and security frameworks.
