We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our Software Maintenance Technical Support team, Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and maintenance for software applications, ensuring high availability and performance, Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely manner, Analyze and enhance existing software systems, implementing improvements and optimizations, Develop and maintain documentation related to software support processes and procedures, Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions, Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional development, Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software development and maintenance, Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, 3+ years of experience in software development and maintenance, with a focus on Java and Oracle technologies, Proficiency in Java and Oracle technologies, Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle and Agile methodologies
Strong understanding of the BFSI domain and its specific software requirements, Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions, Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, Experience with software development methodologies and tools, including Agile and DevOps practices, Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, What We Offer
