Desired Candidate Profile
Requirement:
- Very strong experience in automation testing, automation framework development (preferably using Selenium), RestAPI Testing
- Strong in any of the programming language ( Java/Python/C++/NodeJS)
- Strong in any of the scripting languages (Shell/C-Shell/Perl)
- Possess team leading experience and still hands on in coding
- Comfortable working with fast paced environment
- Possess experience from product based companies/startups
- Lead, manage and mentor a team of QA Engineers
- Define standards & best practices for STLC to support agile development processes
- Plan, track and estimate product testing activities
- Test strategy, test plan and test case creation in providing test coverage across various products, systems, and platforms
Test Automation:
- Design and implement reusable automated test frameworks to drive test automation goals and to support continuous integration and regression testing
- Utilize and extend existing test automation test harnesses
- Provide accurate and reproducible qualitative defect reporting, bug scrubs, and quality metrics with project core teams
Education:
UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Computers
PG: MCA - Computers
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
