We are Hiring : Manager Franchisee Training & Development (Stock Market Domain Preferred)

Location: Mumbai (Andheri) | Experience: 6 to 8 YearsHello Connections,We are on the lookout for a dynamic and seasoned Training Manager to spearhead our franchisee learning initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of stock market knowledge, training expertise, and people skills to help us shape the future of our franchisee network.Key Responsibilities :
Design and deliver impactful training programs like (Communication & Client Handling, Sales Enablement and Product Pitching, Compliance & Regulatory Frameworks etc.)
Lead franchisee onboarding and continuous learning programs
Develop tailored content and digital learning assets (LMS)
Drive training effectiveness through feedback loops and performance metrics
Collaborate with regional and business heads to close skill gaps
Build dashboards, MIS reports and analytics to track training What Were Looking For :
68 years of training experience (preferably in stockbroking/franchisee models)
Proven expertise in soft skills facilitation and retail investor education
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel and connect with pan-India franchisee locations
Strong knowledge of capital markets products equities, derivatives, mutual funds, etc.
Proficiency in English and one regional language preferredPreferred Qualifications :
