Job Description

Role & responsibilities


The objective of a Regional Training Manager is to ensure staff across regional facilities are well-trained to deliver high-quality patient care, comply with healthcare standards, and align with organizational goals. They drive continuous learning, improve employee performance, and foster a positive work culture to enhance patient satisfaction and engagement.


Training Program Development - Create and deliver comprehensive training sessions for clinical and non-clinical staff. 2. Assess Training Needs - Identify skill gaps and develop targeted training initiatives. 3. Standardization of Practices - Train staff on SOPs to ensure consistency in patient care and operations 4. Compliance Training - Conduct programs on patient safety, data privacy, and infection control, POSH and other mandatory programs 5. Leadership Development - Train and mentor managers to strengthen leadership skills. 6. Enhance consumer experience - Enhance communication and soft skills to improve patient interactions. 7. Evaluate Training Outcomes - Use feedback and performance metrics to measure training effectiveness. 8. Drive effective usage of LMS (MH Academy) - Drive effective usage and adoption of MH Academy through continuous monitoring of usage. 9. Maintain Training Records - Document all training activities and ensure compliance with audit requirements. 10. Continuous Improvement - Identify areas for improvement in training content and delivery. 11. New Joiner Induction Conduct mandatory trainings that are a part of new joiner induction. 12. Learning analysis and dashboards Share periodic learning updates and dashboards to relevant stakeholders

Preferred candidate profile


Knowledge of healthcare regulations, strong presentation skills, proficiency in LMS and IT systems, leadership, and communication. Good with managing stakeholders Experience in project management
