Job Title: Customer Support Executive International Voice Process
Location: AMR Tech Park, Bommanahalli, Bengaluru
(Work from Office | US Rotational Shifts)
Job Description:
Sagility is hiring Customer Support Executives for our International Voice Process at our Bommanahalli, Bengaluru office (AMR Tech Park). This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced professionals looking to grow in a dynamic customer service environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for US-based customers
- Resolve customer queries related to services, billing, product support, etc.
- Maintain professional and empathetic communication at all times
- Accurately document call information and follow standard procedures
- Meet performance metrics such as call quality, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Open to Undergraduates, Graduates, Diploma holders
- Experience: 0 to 4 years (Both Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply)
- Skills Required:
- Excellent spoken English communication skills
- Willingness to work in night shifts (US shift)
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Must be comfortable working from office
Shift & Work Details:
- Shift: US-based rotational shifts (night shifts)
- Work Days: 5 days working, 2 days rotational week off
- Work Mode: Work from Office (AMR Tech Park, Bommanahalli)
Salary & Benefits:
For Freshers:
- 22,000 Fixed + 200 Night Shift Allowance per working day
- Total Monthly Salary (Approx): 26,500/month
For Experienced Candidates:
- 28,000 Fixed + 200 Night Shift Allowance per working day
- Total Monthly Salary (Approx): 32,500/month
Other Benefits:
- Two-way cab facility available (within 20 KM radius from office)
