Job Description
- As a Lead Consultant QA Manual Testing at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in providing Enhancement & Development services in a Java/Database environment. Your responsibilities will include creating, testing, and maintaining Java applications, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions. Your work will contribute to the relentless pursuit of a world that works better for people, serving and transforming leading enterprises with your expertise in quality assurance. You will be expected to have experience in quality assurance roles, with a strong domain understanding of Fraud and Anti-Money Laundering. Additionally, proficiency in manual testing techniques, along with a good understanding of the Actimize product, will be essential for success in this role. Experience with automated testing tools will be a plus, while excellent analytical and communication skills are a must. Previous work on Agile project implementation will also be beneficial. The qualifications we seek in you include a BE/B Tech/MCA/MBA degree, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred qualifications/skills include hands-on knowledge of Manual testing, Python, Elasticsearch, Activi, and Postman. You will be responsible for reviewing software requirements, creating detailed test plans, and developing comprehensive test cases based on project needs. Execution of test cases manually and using automated tools to identify defects, reporting defects accurately, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues promptly are key aspects of the role. Monitoring user feedback, continuing testing post-deployment, improving existing processes, updating the product as necessary, and working closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of new features will be part of your responsibilities. Providing analysis of code quality and suggesting improvements will also be essential to deliver high-quality software solutions. This is a full-time position based in India-Noida, with a Bachelor's/Graduation/Equivalent education level.
