Job Description
- As a Testing Manager Automation with an AdTech background, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of 20+ testers in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in automation frameworks, API testing, governance, and test strategy implementation will be crucial in maintaining high-quality software testing standards. Your role will involve developing and implementing test strategies and plans aligned with business goals, establishing governance and reporting processes to track testing progress, risks, and quality metrics, and ensuring adherence to standard testing processes, methodologies, and tools. With 5+ years of hands-on experience in automation frameworks such as Java, Selenium, and Playwright, you will oversee test environment management, test data preparation, and automation tool implementation. Your strong understanding of JIRA, Xray, and other test management tools will be essential in your role. As a leader, you will manage and mentor a team of 20+ testers, ensuring best practices in automation and manual testing, overseeing resource allocation, performance monitoring, and risk management. Collaboration with application and technical architecture teams to define test phases and execution plans will be part of your responsibilities. You will serve as the primary escalation point for all testing-related concerns, manage onshore-offshore teams for seamless collaboration, and engage with customer stakeholders to align testing deliverables with business expectations. To qualify for this role, you should have 10-15 years of experience in software testing with a focus on test automation, a proven track record in managing large testing teams, strong expertise in test automation frameworks, experience with JIRA, Xray, and other test management tools, a deep understanding of test methodologies, governance, and reporting processes, and experience in the Advertising/AdTech domain. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are also essential for this position.,
