The role of a Senior Manager primarily involves supporting various aspects of offering capabilities from the CIO Advisory practice during client pursuits and projects. Furthermore, the role entails a significant contribution to the development of existing offerings within the CIO Advisory practice. The ideal candidate for this role is expected to possess expertise in one or more of the following competencies: - IT alignment with the Business - Artificial Intelligence (AI) Business Case and adoption - ERP Business Case and Business process change - Technology sustainability supporting business sustainability goals - IT Operating Models - Technology organization organizational design and operating model with the business and managed services vendors - Technology merger and acquisition / divestiture planning and financial management - IT Spend Optimization - Technology Business Management / IT Finance and cost transparency operations - Technology cost optimization - Simplification and modernization of technology - Technology modernization business case and technology strategy assessments / roadmaps - Enterprise data quality improvement and data governance - Enterprise program management with content-driven tools and accelerators The Senior Manager is tasked with establishing and nurturing mid to senior level relationships at clients, showcasing vendor partnership capabilities through joint go-to-market initiatives, and collaborating with Wipro's Account Executives to position specific offerings and capabilities based on client requirements. Responsibilities: - Growth: Focus on supporting and leading client pursuits and taking ownership of proposals. - Relationships: Engage with the technology organization in one or more industries. - Offerings: Contribute significantly to the development and maintenance of the CIO Advisory practices" offerings and capabilities. - Customer Centricity: Deliver customer value as a central theme, becoming a trusted advisor to clients aligned with their strategic goals. - Thought Leadership: Assist in developing thought leadership and supporting the practices" leadership to create value propositions. - Team Leadership: Coach junior staff in the CIO Advisory practice, acting as a career coach and fostering rounded core consulting skills.
