Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position should have 5-9 years of experience and possess the following technical/professional qualifications: - Proficiency in tools such as Power-BI & Excel. - Platform proficiency in JIRA/ALM, Confluence, Sharepoint Site/Lists/Forms, etc. - Ability to work with key performance indicators (KPIs). - Knowledge of APIs, JSON, XMLs, and Authentication methods. - Experience in data analysis, identification of outliers, and forecasting. - Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities. - Familiarity with process improvement methodologies & quality management. - Ability to create clear and comprehensive documentation.
