JOB DESCRIPTION :
The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, with an ability to listen and comprehend information and share it with all the key stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for improvement and concerns, if any. He/she must be able to work collaboratively with teams to execute tasks within defined timeframes while maintaining high quality standards and superior service levels. The ability to take proactive actions and willingness to take up responsibility beyond the assigned work area is a plus.
As a Salesforce QA Expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive test plans, leveraging both manual and automation testing methodologies. Your expertise in Salesforce quality assurance, coupled with your analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities, will contribute to the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize your.
Serve as a QA expert within the SFDC environment, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
Conduct both manual and automation testing to validate the functionality and performance of Salesforce solutions.
Write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases to effectively cover all aspects of the application.
Apply your knowledge of testing integrations and end-to-end system processes to identify and address potential issues.
Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, proactively identifying and resolving defects and issues.
Think outside the box to develop innovative testing strategies and approaches.
Work collaboratively within an Agile/Scrum development process, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in quality assurance roles, with a focus on automation testing.
Proven expertise as a QA expert within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Experience in both manual and automation testing methodologies.
Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Knowledge of testing integrations and end-to-end system processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and innovate.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
