Job Description
- As an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager at Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company located in Noida, you will be part of the Fraud & Risk Control Unit. Reporting to the Manager/Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in monitoring the quality of investigations conducted by investigation agencies and verification officers. Your responsibilities will include quality checking investigation reports and evidence from the field, coordinating with field investigators, and ensuring timely claim processing. Additionally, you will be involved in complying with departmental SOPs related to fraud investigation, reporting, and recovery. You will be expected to maintain and document fraud detection scorecards, conduct fraud audits, and manage data effectively. The ideal candidate will have a medical background (BHMS/Grad.) along with a minimum of 1 year of experience in health insurance claims, fraud investigations, or related areas. Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential, along with strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills. Effective people management and communication skills in both Hindi and English are required for this role. Experience in team handling, multitasking, and working efficiently under pressure will be advantageous.
