The role's purpose is to support process delivery by ensuring the daily performance of Production Specialists, resolving technical escalations, and enhancing technical capability within the team. As a Production Specialist, your responsibilities include overseeing and supporting processes, reviewing performance metrics, providing technical support to the team, recording and tracking queries and resolutions, ensuring compliance with service agreements, handling technical escalations, and developing the team's understanding of processes and products for better client interaction. To excel in this role, you must effectively diagnose and troubleshoot client queries, manage and resolve technical roadblocks, escalate issues when necessary, provide product support to clients, offer alternative solutions, communicate effectively, mentor and guide team members, conduct trainings to bridge skill gaps, stay updated on product features, participate in self-learning opportunities, and collaborate effectively with others. The performance parameters for this role include the number of cases resolved per day, compliance with process and quality standards, meeting SLAs, customer feedback, team productivity, efficiency, absenteeism, completion of triages, technical test performance, and demonstration of competencies such as collaborative working, learning agility, problem-solving, decision-making, and effective communication.
