Job Description

    A day in the life of an Infoscion involves being a part of the Infosys consulting team, where your primary responsibility would be to understand customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions, and facilitate deployment to ensure client satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in developing proposals, contributing to the solution design, planning configuration activities, conducting pilots, and resolving queries related to requirements and solution design. Your tasks will include conducting solution demonstrations, Proof of Concept (POC) workshops, preparing effort estimates aligned with customer budgetary requirements, and organization's financial guidelines. You will actively lead small projects, participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers. If you believe you have the expertise to assist clients in their digital transformation journey, this role is tailored for you. Key Responsibilities: - Possess 2-10 years of total IT industry experience with a minimum of 3 years in Clinical or Regulatory solutions for Life Sciences clients. - Proficiency in Life Sciences Domain including Clinical Trials, Drug Safety, Pharmacovigilance. - Familiarity with the functionality of CSV tool and exposure to the US Life Sciences market. - Experience in leading development teams, collaborating with client teams, subject matter experts (SMEs), and guiding them through the project life cycle. Additional Responsibilities: - Ability to devise value-creating strategies and models to drive innovation, growth, and enhance business profitability for clients. - Proficiency in software configuration management systems and awareness of the latest technologies and industry trends. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with collaborative abilities. - Understanding of financial processes for diverse projects and knowledge of various pricing models. - Capability to evaluate current processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose suitable technology solutions. - Proficiency in at least one or two industry domains, along with client interfacing, project management, and team management skills. Preferred Skills: - Domain expertise in Life Sciences, specifically in Clinical Trials, Compliance & Safety. - Technological proficiency in Regulatory Compliance Systems.,
