We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, visiting them in the field, promoting our products/services, and closing sales. This role requires strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills, along with the ability to work independently.
Visit potential and existing customers to generate sales leads.
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective clients.
Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate customer needs.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Submit daily reports on client visits, lead status, and market feedback.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth post-sales service and client satisfaction.
Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
