Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented professionals to join our International Non-Voice Process team. The role involves handling customer queries, providing resolutions via email/chat, and ensuring excellent customer experience without voice-based interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through email, chat, or ticketing systems.

• Provide accurate and timely information to resolve customer issues.

• Ensure adherence to process quality and compliance guidelines.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Collaborate with internal teams for escalations and faster resolution.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets related to productivity and quality.

• Stay updated with product/process knowledge to support customers effectively.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Any Graduate / Undergraduate (with relevant experience).

• Excellent written communication skills in English.

• Good typing speed with accuracy (minimum 3035 WPM preferred).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
