Job Description
- As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for writing well-designed, testable, and efficient code using best software development practices. Your duties will include creating website layouts and user interfaces using standard HTML/CSS practices, integrating data from various back-end services and databases, and refining specifications based on technical requirements. You will also be accountable for creating and maintaining software documentation, ensuring the maintenance, expansion, and scalability of our site, and staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate them into our operations. Collaboration with web designers to align with visual design intent is also a key aspect of this role. To qualify for this position, you should have proven working experience in web programming, exceptional programming skills, and a deep understanding of modern HTML/CSS. Familiarity with programming languages like PHP, ASP.NET, or Javascript is required, along with knowledge of web application functionalities such as security, session management, and development best practices. An adequate understanding of relational database systems, Object-Oriented Programming, and web application development is essential. Hands-on experience with network diagnostics and analytics tools, basic SEO knowledge, strong problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks within timelines and budgets are also crucial. The ideal candidate should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, quickly learn and master diverse web technologies and techniques. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in web development is necessary for this role, specifically 5 years of total work experience, 5 years of modern HTML/CSS experience, and 5 years of web programming experience with proficiency in PHP, ASP.NET, or Javascript. This full-time, permanent position is based in Gurgaon and requires in-person work.,
