Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled Java Lead proficient in Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, and Microservices. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in managing teams, providing solutions for RFPs, and leading end-to-end technical delivery in cloud-native environments. As a Java Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of 7-10 engineers. You will collaborate closely with client stakeholders and product teams to determine technical feasibility and solutions. Your role will involve defining, reviewing, and ensuring high-quality design and development deliverables. Additionally, you will be implementing microservices-based solutions with a strong focus on scalability and performance and overseeing deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes. It will be your duty to ensure compliance with authentication, authorization, and auditing standards. The successful candidate must have expertise in backend technologies including Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, Microservices, Dropwizard, Jersey, and Jetty. Familiarity with Database & Persistence technologies such as MySQL, Distributed Persistence, and Kubernetes Operators is essential. Experience with Messaging tools like RabbitMQ, Cloud & Deployment platforms like AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Jenkins, and Harness, as well as knowledge of Security protocols including OAuth2, SAML2, Auth0, and Identity Management is required.
