Salesforce Technical lead - Apex Programming @ Prutech Solutions

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead with a solid technical foundation and exceptional leadership capabilities to become a valuable member of our expanding team. The perfect candidate will possess extensive proficiency in Salesforce development and architecture, particularly focusing on LWC and OmniStudio. Moreover, they should have a successful track record of guiding technical teams towards the delivery of resilient Salesforce solutions. Lead and provide guidance to a team of Salesforce developers (510 members). Devise and execute scalable Salesforce solutions utilizing LWC, Apex, and OmniStudio tools such as OmniScript, DataRaptor, and Integration Procedures. Collaborate closely with stakeholders within the public sector domain to comprehend requirements and offer technical resolutions. Implement and oversee Service Cloud functionalities including case management, knowledge base setup, and automation. Supervise and optimize CI/CD processes by leveraging contemporary DevOps technologies. Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and Salesforce protocols. Cooperate with diverse teams to ensure prompt delivery of top-notch projects. Essential Skills & Qualifications Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Extensive hands-on experience with LWC, Apex, OmniStudio, and Service Cloud. Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies. Minimum of 6+ Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I & II, OmniStudio Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, etc.). Experience in engagements with Public Sector clients/projects. Demonstrated expertise in leading Salesforce technical teams comprising 510 members. Preferred Salesforce Architect certifications. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Experience with tools like Git, Jenkins, Gearset, Copado. (ref:hirist.tech),
