    As a skilled individual with a willingness and ability to empathize, analyze, document, socialize, and drive customer/end-user requirements and features, you will play a crucial role in working closely with development teams. Your passion towards end-user empathy, product conceptualization, and continuous value delivery to customers will be essential in this role. Additionally, your experience in working with cloud-based software services and stakeholder management and communication skills will be valuable assets. You will collaborate with Product Managers/Product Owners to translate business requirements into software features and service enhancements. By continuously refining features, user stories, and enablers based on business goals, you will ensure clear and detailed acceptance criteria are in place and communicate effectively with the teams. Managing the product backlog for scrum teams and working with various stakeholders such as Product & Release Managers, Scrum Masters, architects, development, and QA teams will be part of your responsibilities. Your key role will involve content planning and coordinating development tasks, influencing the entire product lifecycle from the idea phase through development to market launch. By leveraging technical innovations, you will create a competitive advantage that drives commercial success. With a strong understanding of agile development processes, you will aim to maximize customer benefits while minimizing costs. Early feedback from stakeholders will be crucial in enhancing customer benefits and ensuring the overall success of the product.,
