Job Description

Lead the preparation and submission of technical and commercial bids
Coordinate with sales, engineering, procurement, and finance teams for bid inputs
Track tender portals (GeM, Eprocure, CPPP) for opportunities
Interact with vendors for pricing and material sourcing
Ensure timely submission of tenders and manage post-bid clarifications
Maintain a repository of tender documents, templates, and bid performance records
Represent the company in pre-bid meetings and client interactions
Ensure full compliance with customer and statutory requirements
Responsible for managing the complete tendering process including identifying opportunities, preparing bids, & ensuring timely submission of tenders, maintaining tender documentation, ensuring compliance with client requirements & company policies
- Floating tender enquiry to get the market prices of the materials and negotiations.
- Deriving the item rates for tender submission.
- Coordination with the Head Office for getting EMD, board resolutions and other documents required for tender submission.
- Submission of proposed rates with other tender enclosures for approval from Director South/HO.
- Timely submission of the tender.
- Preparation and project specific presentation and briefing to client/consultant during post bid discussions.
- Attending negotiation meetings and providing data to seniors for negotiations.
- Coordination with the clients regarding tender, negotiation, award of job, agreement papers and finalization of contract document etc.
