Workday Integration2Job Title: TechnicalJob Description:Position Overview:We are seeking talented Technical consultants to join our team and drive the implementation of Workday solutions for our diverse clientele. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy integrations that seamlessly connect Workday with various third-party systems, ensuring a smooth flow of data and optimising system performance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.Key Responsibilities:* Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
* Experience building and debugging custom reports, EIBs, connectors, document transforms, XSLT, calculated fields, BIRT, and Workday studio.
* Experience collaborating with Integration resources in a highly integrated system landscape.
* Conduct unit and Integration testing and regression testing.
* Work closely with the onsite team, offshore team, managers, and executives to ensure the release of high-quality solutions.
* Strong experience with Workday project implementations and Workday integrations platform including integrations with ERP and third-party applications.
* Hands-on experience with the configuration of new and existing Workday features including userQualifications:* Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* Minimum of 4 years of experience, with proficiency in Workday
* Solid understanding of Workday architecture, including business process framework and data model.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
* Workday Integration certification(s) preferred
