Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop AI applications to enhance efficiency of risk management processes and deliver deeper insights for risk managers.
Contribute hands-on using Python, AI/ML models, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-4.
Build applications with LangChain and related AI frameworks.
Partner with risk managers, model reviewers, and stakeholders across geographies.
Contribute as a hands-on developer while mentoring junior members.
Follow modern development practices including Unit Testing and CI/CD.

Required Skills

57 years of relevant experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or related fields.
Graduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or equivalent.
Strong expertise in Python programming.
Minimum 2+ years of AI/ML project experience, including LangChain (must-have).
Exposure to OpenAI APIs and AI-related modeling.
Sound understanding of financial concepts and products.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders.

Desirable Skills

Prior experience mentoring or leading junior developers.
Familiarity with advanced AI/ML models and capabilities.
Interest in quantitative risk modeling and financial risk management.
