Job Description

We re looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) who thrives on building strong client partnerships and unlocking growth opportunities. In this role, you ll work closely with our existing customers in a consultative sales capacity spotting upselling opportunities, driving expansion, and ensuring long-term success. You ll own your assigned accounts, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to craft strategies, run targeted campaigns, and strengthen relationships through multiple touchpoints marketing initiatives, calls, emails, proposals, roadmaps, and even on-site visits when needed.
What We re Looking For
  • 2 4 years of proven success in managing B2B SaaS accounts as a Key Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or in a comparable role .
  • Proven client account management expertise.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities across all organizational levels.
What You ll Do:
  • Identify and pursue upsell opportunities within existing accounts through proactive outreach.
  • Partner with the Sales team to manage relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Keep customer data up-to-date in our contact management systems.
  • Design and execute strategic plans to boost product adoption and usage.
  • Launch and support new programs, campaigns, and offerings.
  • Troubleshoot client concerns and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
  • Maintain clear communication between customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Engage with inbound prospects to drive sales conversions.
  • Conduct product demos to showcase value and capabilities.
