Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Design, develop, test, and deploy COBOL programs for VSAM datasets on IBM mainframes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement solutions using CICS transactions.
Troubleshoot issues related to program execution, data processing, and system performance.
Develop technical documentation for developed codebase.

Job Requirements :

4-6 years of experience in COBOL programming language with expertise in VSAM dataset management.
Strong understanding of CICS (Customer Information Control System) concepts and its integration with other systems.
Proficiency in developing complex programs using Cobol programming language.
