Technical Support Role Voice Process

Title: Technical Support Voice Process.

  • Work Location: Ambattur Chennai (Ambit IT Park)
  • Required Fresher's Graduates with Degree Holder
  • Day Shift with 2 days of week of Sunday will be the Fixed and 1 day will be the rotational one.
  • Day shift timings would be 9-6 or 10-7

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Assisting the Pan India customers through Calls.

2.Should be capable of handling multiple Calls.

3.Should be Good in Hindi and English

4.Complete Day Shift. Out station candidates must be Flexible to relocate.


Required Skills & Desired Skills:

1. Good Communication Skills both in Verbal and written communication.

2.Should have basic technical knowledge on, Router, modem, Ip Address, and basics of troubleshooting steps.
