Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Experience in forecasting, machine learning, and advanced statistical modeling.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels, PyTorch/TensorFlow preferred).
- Strong grasp of time-series techniques (ETS, ARIMA, hierarchical forecasting, reconciliation methods like MinT).
- Solid understanding of ML-based forecasting (boosted trees, quantile regression, probabilistic methods).
- Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Strong problem-solving ability and business acumen to translate model outcomes into actionable insights.
- Bachelors/Masters in Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
