About Corporate and Investment Banking & Investment Research (CIB & IR)
As a global leader in knowledge processes, research, and analytics, youll be working with a team that specializes in global market research, working with the top-rated investment research organizations, bulge bracket investment banks, and leading asset managers. We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks, working alongside their product and sector teams, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.
What you will be doing at Evalueserve
Senior Analysts will join the Lending Services (Corporate and Commercial Banking) team at Evalueserve, supporting bankers in critical lending/credit processes across end-to-end lending journey such as follows:
Bachelor's/masters degree with a major in finance, economics, accounting or from a reputed institute
2 5 years of relevant experience in Personal Financial Statements (PFS), Personal Tax Returns (PTR) and Credit Bureau Report (CBR) spreading of HNWI / UHNWI in excel based template and in lending platform along with key metrics calculations
Business Financials spreading (PL, BS and CF) on excel based model or lending platform along with key credit metrics calculation
Exposure to North American (especially US/Canadian) financial reporting standards.
Strong command over credit concepts, real estate cash flow modeling, and borrower/guarantor assessment
Excellent analytical, communication, and credit writing skills, with attention to detail
Ability to manage timelines and work independently with minimal supervision Excellent interpersonal and ability to build strong team culture
What were looking for
Conduct review processes for potential borrowers, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and policies.
Possess in-depth knowledge and expertise in spreading financial statements of public and private companies and individuals using specified templates, following client guidelines.
Review collectively the Borrowers Risk rating utilizing the qualitative and quantitative inputs .
Review covenant and collateral analysis.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the credit underwriting process.
Validate data and documents used in the credit approval process, ensuring adherence to client guidelines.
Conduct financial analysis, including collateral and guarantor analysis.
Possess strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
