Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Q2C Functional Analyst to join our team at JADE Global Software Pvt. Ltd., with 6-7 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop solutions using Oracle Q2C.
Design, implement, and test Oracle Q2C applications to meet customer needs.
Provide technical support and training to end-users on Oracle Q2C functionality.
Develop and maintain documentation of Oracle Q2C processes and procedures.
Identify and resolve issues related to Oracle Q2C implementation.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional analysis.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Oracle Q2C modules and functionalities.
Experience working with customers to understand their business needs and providing solutions.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies used in software development.
