Role & responsibilities
The goal of the sales trainer is to increase the overall performance of the sales team by giving sales trainees the right tools, skills, and knowledge they need to be successful. The Sales Trainers responsibilities include conducting skills gap analysis, preparing learning materials and evaluating results after each training session.
For this role, you will work closely with our salespeople to identify challenges they face on the job and recommend ways to increase productivity and maximize the effectiveness of a companys sales training program.
