Software Driven Experience (SWX) Organization is looking for a Connected Services Technical Leaders. Your role as Technical Development leader is to lead a team of talented software engineers to deliver new product features for our Connected vehicles. In this role you will collaborate with other developers, scrum masters and product managers to deliver the product.

Digital Drive - Enhancing the customer s daily driving experience and comfort
Digital Life - building the connected vehicle ecosystem as the center of the customer s digital mobility journey
Vehicle Ownership - Driving maximum convenience and connectivity access to the customer s experience throughout the ownership lifecycle
Platform & Enablers - improving every aspect of our connected services and accelerating product development speed and quality

Responsibilities:

Build, develop and retain a team of talented Software Engineers
Remove barriers and lead issue resolution as required for engineering teams to deliver high quality connected services
Review and validate deliverables of your Software Development team
Ensure alignment across development teams who build services aligned to your space
Become a technology leader and expert in your domain/space
Drive ideation, innovation and introduce new technologies to product teams
