Job Description

No. of Resources: 2 Qualification: BE/BTech/MCA Experience (Total in years): 5 to 8 Years Platforms: Technical Services / Application Support Databases: Oracle, SQL Tools: SQL dev, JBoss, Wildfly, IIS, Ticketing Tools Additional Expertise: Should be well versed in working with excel sheets.

Required Skillset

Hands-on experience in application/product support in BSFI domain.
Strong knowledge of SQL (queries, data analysis, troubleshooting).
Experience with web applications and familiarity with technologies such as Java or Dot Net.
Knowledge of Windows server environments.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication skills (verbal & written) to interact with team members and customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
