Job Description

Work closely with AKKA CFD Aerodynamic teams in France for engine and aircraft manufacturers

Interface with customer and French AKKA team for simulation

Knowledge of different meshing techniques

Polyhexaedral

Topologies for structured

Perform structured meshes on various configurations

Perform unstructured meshes (hexa, tetra, poly) on various configurations

Automatisation of meshes

Desired Candidate Profile

2+ Years of experience in aerodynamics and turbomachinery

BSc or MSc degree in Fluid Mechanics, Thermal, Computer Science

[Mandatory] Good knowledge of at least one of the following softwares: StarCCM+, ICEMCFD, ANSYS Workbench, Fluent Meshing, Pointwise

[Mandatory] Good knowledge of at least one of the following softwares: CATIA, SpaceClaim, ANSA

Skills in Python, VBA

Skills in Linux/Unix

Good communication and Presentation skills

Education

PG: Fluid mechanics
